Hi,

instead of entering the required fields for my products one at a time which is very time-consuming, does E-Junkie provide a CSV template for me to input all necessary data of about 50 products into this CSV file for upload to populate my product inventory file with all the particulars at one go?

If so, where can I get a copy of this template, and where do I upload to have my products added automatically with all the necessary details? Thanks very much!

We can provide you with a .CSV file that you can fill in with your product data and then send back to us to upload to your account. However, you will need to send us an e-mail so we can reply with the file as an attachment.

Hi I received this message, and I was asked to send my request for the CSV template via email. Since you have given me no email address to send, I'm sending it here.

Please attach the CSV template to me via this email <wealth007@gmail.com>. Kindly also provide clear information on what each field

in the template is for, so that I can ensure that data entered into each field is correct, and whatever fields that I don't need are also correctly left empty without data.

Thanks.

Best Regards, Pierre

Hi there,

I wish I could also have that .CSV template for me to fill in my products. I would appreciate it if someone will be able to send me that template at my email jed.mansing@gmail.com.

Thanks,

I have sent the product upload template to the requested e-mail address.

Thanks for the template, I got it already in my email. I wonder if it's possible for me to upload the products on my end? And is there a way I can pull my data after uploading it, via exporting tool (if there is) or via API? I'm actually interested in pulling my data (products, orders, order status, etc.) from my eJunkie account, but I don't have any idea to do it. I hope to get answers to these questions.

Thanks much,

Our import functionality is pretty rudimentary at present, so it's not polished and foolproof enough to be user-accessible utility; we need to receive the import file, make sure it's in exactly the right format, and import it manually from our end. We're glad to perform this for you from time to time if needed as long as it doesn't need to become like a monthly routine thing.

You can use our custom/3rd-party Integration feature to have our system POST the order details to a script at your end for additional processing after checkout:

You can also export batches of order data from your Transaction Log in a tab-delimited text file:

We don't have an API method to grab product settings from our database, but since you're providing an import file, you would already have those details specified in that file, including the Item Numbers that would be referenced in our Add to Cart button codes. Our button codes follow a common format, which you might use with custom scripting in your site to insert buttons in your pages dynamically; in this example, XXXXXX would represent the product's Item Number:

<a href="https://www.e-junkie.com/ecom/gb.php?c=cart&cl=200805&ejc=2&i=XXXXXX" target="ejejc" class="ec_ejc_thkbx" onClick="javascript:return EJEJC_lc(this);"><img src="http://www.e-junkie.com/ej/ejadd_to_cart.gif" border="0" alt="Add to Cart"/></a>

Is there an email address where we can send the request for a .CSV file to be sent to us? Or are we supposed to post our email addresses here?

Thanks. RB
