Authorize.net is sending a credit card validation email to my users even though I have the option turned off at Authorize.net.

They tell me that this is something e-Junkie is telling them to generate when a payment is verified. Is there any way to make it stop?

That's a payment notification email which can't be turned off when using E-junkie.

BTW, this doesn't involve anything sent from Authorize.net, but if you want to disable the transaction notification that E-junkie sends to your buyers, you can do this on a per-product basis (unfortunately, there is no blanket way to disable E-junkie buyer notification across the board all at once). In Seller Admin, for each product you don't want to have sending an E-junkie email:

* Edit that product (or Add a new one);

* On the Product Configuration screen, checkmark Enable Templated Email;

* Leave the Email Subject and Email Message boxes blank (it cannot send templated email if there is no subject nor template to send!).

1 year later

Why can the authorize.net email feature not be turned off? Why would e-junkie automatically override this control without giving users the option to control this? It really defeats the point in Authorize.net providing that option to users in the first place.

I spoke to our Lead Developer, and he says he'll have a solution devised for you within a few days. You'll know more as soon as we do. :^)
