I received several complaints from my customers yesterday that they were not able to use their credit card to checkout. These were repeat customers who have used their cards before so they know it is possible. They received an error message each time they attempted to use their card. My question is how do I find out what the problem is and how do I fix it? Is it an e-junkie issue or a paypal issue?thank you,Vanessa
Hi Vanessa,This is likely a PayPal issue since we don't handle the processing of credit cards on this end. We can help you find the cause if you could let us know what error numbers or messages your buyers are receiving, though.
Thank you for your prompt reply. I wasn't able to get any of the customers in question to respond to my request for the error message. However, I have stopped receiving complaints about the issue so hopefully it has resolved itself.Thanks again
