I'm trying to create a package that includes a few of our already existing products. This works fine if all the products are hosted on your server, but some of the products are hosted on our server, and they don't show up in the list when you tick 'Files from other products'.



Is this a bug or a limitation? If it's a limitation, are there any plans to remove this limitation?

This is a limitation of our current software; we cannot have a download product "point to" an existing file for another product if that other file is not on our own server. Enhancements to the "package products" feature have been proposed for the "version 2.0" bottom-up rewrite of E-junkie, but that is quite a ways off for now, sorry.
