Create 24-hour URLs

I'd like to create an offer that expires in 24 hours, but that expiration would be different for each person. When someone signs up for my newsletter, I want to give them 24 hours to buy a product. So each person's 24 hours would expire at a different time. Can I do that with e-junkie?
