Hiya I'm almost ready to add my products and wanted to ask a couple of things in case I end up having to edit them all again.

After paypal payment has been made there is 10 second countdown to redirection to thank you page. Can this be lowered to 5 seconds?

When an order is made I can view them but how do I mark an order as being dispatched?? And when doing so does it send an email to the customer advising them of this??? Or is this needed to be done manually? Because it will be a lot of unnecessary manual admin.

Can anybody point me in the right direction please?

PayPal often takes a bit longer to complete processing of a buyer's payment than it takes for the buyer to finish checkout, so we do some things to stall the buyer for time while we're still waiting to receive confirmation of completed payment from Paypal, at which time we process the buyer's order for you (save the order details in your E-junkie Transaction Log, issue any codes or download links purchased, send thank-you and sale notification emails).

If you're not selling any digital goods such as downloads, you can disable "Wait for pending payments" in your E-junkie Seller Admin > Payment Preferences screen, so we would process the order as soon as the buyer finishes checkout, without waiting for final payment confirmation. In this case, you could also bypass the Complete Purchase button at the end of checkout, so buyers would be redirected to a thank-you page automatically (which we DO NOT recommend if you're selling digital goods); to do this, go into your PayPal account > Profile > My Selling Tools > Website Preferences screen, set Auto-Return: ON and Payment Data Transfer: ON, and provide this Auto-Return URL where indicated:

We don't have any way of marking orders as shipped or dispatched at our end. Once we receive the order details back from PayPal after checkout, we process the order for you, and that's the end of our involvement in order handling for you. If you wish, you could use our custom/third-party Integration method to have us forward the order details to a custom script at your end when we process the order, so your script could do whatever else you wish with that data, such as managing a list of pending/shipped orders at your end.
