Hi,

I'm setting up my first ebook for sale on my site and was wondering if anyone knew how to track conversions of specific products using getclicky.com. I know that I can set up a common thank you page on my own site and have customers redirected there with e-junkie, but I'm seeing that as a limitation in that I can only track overall product purchases, not specific ones.

I'd like to track how many people are purchasing one product in particular. Is there a way that I could send them to product specific thank you pages on my site so that the conversion goals are based only on that one page?

Thanks!

You may want to consider using Google Analytics with Ecommerce Tracking, which is supported by our cart buttons and thank-you pages when you use our modified version of the GA tracking code as documented here:

If you'd still prefer to use GetClicky, you can add custom HTML (such as tracking code) on a product-specific basis to the thank-you pages we generate; just put that code in the Message (HTML) field on the final screen of that product's settings. Since you appear to be selling downloads, buyers would have a reason to visit that thank-you page at some point to claim their download, triggering the tracking code there. If you need to insert order-specific details in that tracking code, you can use the template substitution variables documented here:
