Hi,

I'm trying to get my clickbank account set up. So I need to set up my thank you page. Is Iframe safe? No one is going to find my thank you page and be able to download my ebook, right???

So I go in and enter a common thank you page url

And now I have to enter code for my iframe. What is the entire string of code? I've seen different responses for this.

I know I have to use:

https://www.e-junkie.com/ecom/rp.php?noredirect=true&txnid=XXXXX

Where EXACTLY do I find the XXXXX ?

I also hear that some people won't see the thank you/download page - buts that okay because they get a download link in their email, right?

Thank you,

Amber

If you are selling downloads and not already an experienced programmer, we recommend NOT using the Common Thank-you Page URL setting in our Seller Admin, so you can instead rely on our standard thank-you page that provides each buyer's unique download link automatically.

You should not need to add any tracking code to your thank-you pages, since ClickBank tracks affiliate conversions during their checkout process automatically. Please see our ClickBank integration page to set this up properly, including our Thank-you Page URL you'd need to set up at ClickBank's end:

http://www.e-junkie.com/ej/selling-with-clickbank.htm

Note that if you are using ClickBank for their affiliate system, you would ONLY want to accept payments with ClickBank, since buyers who checkout using PayPal or other methods would not earn ClickBank affiliates any commission for their referral. I think ClickBank can allow a PayPal payment option during their own checkout process, so you'd want to set that up at their end, and disable PayPal at our end by going to Seller Admin > Payment Preferences to UNcheck both PayPal Standard and PayPal Pro.

I want affiliates with both ejunkie AND clickbank. Obviously, I'm trying to build the largest affiliate team possible. I already have selling affiliates on ejunkie.

Is this possible to have affiliates in both places?

Or should up the product again within ejunkie specifically for clickbank?

Other than that I could set up another ejunkie account -

What do you suggest?

Thanks!

You can certainly use both ClickBank and E-junkie affiliate systems; just bear in mind this could occasionally allow two affiliates (one from each system) to earn commissions on a single sale -- e.g. if the buyer was referred to your site once via an E-junkie affiliate, then later they found your site again via a ClickBank affiliate while the E-junkie affiliate's referral cookie was still in their browser from the previous visit.

This is what is confusing me:

"Note that if you are using ClickBank for their affiliate system, you would ONLY want to accept payments with ClickBank, since buyers who checkout using PayPal or other methods would not earn ClickBank affiliates any commission for their referral."

Do I accept payments via clickbank for ejunkie affiliates? Will my ejunkie affiliates get credit if the product is paid for through clickbank?

Will I have to do anything to my buy it now button?

As long as you use purchase buttons provided by E-junkie, your E-junkie affiliates should earn commission on their referred sales. To ensure ClickBank affiliates can also earn commission, you would want to integrate ClickBank with E-junkie and ONLY use the Buy Now buttons for ClickBank that you would get from your E-junkie Seller Admin. Do not use our Cart buttons, do not use our Buy Now buttons for any other payment method, and do not use any purchase buttons not provided by E-junkie.

e-junkieGuru,

I think there's a bottle of wine in my near future. This doesn't make sense to me.

I have ONE sales page. How am I supposed to use two separate buy now buttons?

I am completely new at this. Does clickbank not work like ejunkie where affiliates are sent to my sales page? I know over no other way. Do you understand my confusion/frustration?

Do I create another sales page?

If you don't hear back from me I've thrown my laptop out the window.

I think maybe you're expecting this to be more complicated than it actually is? You would have only one sales page, with one E-junkie-issued Buy Now button for ClickBank. You would set up both your ClickBank and E-junkie affiliate programs with that one page as the landing page for your affiliate links.

As long as the buyer pays with ClickBank, your ClickBank affiliates would earn their commission, and as long as you use a purchase button issued by E-junkie, your E-junkie affiliates would earn their commission, so having just a single sales page with a single E-junkie-issued Buy Now button for ClickBank would satisfy both of those requirements.

That's what I needed. Thank so much for sticking with it.
