Hi,

I am starting up an online business selling t-shirts and sunglasses. We have 5 different t-shirts at this point and 4 options for sunglasses. I am just having trouble properly configuring my shipping rates.

As is, I want to ship 1 shirt in an envelope for 4.95 flat rate, 2-10 shirts in a box for 9.95 flat rate.

Also, the sunglasses (1-10 items) can only be shipped in a box (same one used for the shirts). Therefore I can ship a mixture of t-shirts and sunglasses in a box as long as its 10 items or less. How do I configure my shipping to do this?

Also can I put a maximum for number of items allowed total per order?

and how can I make it so it knows 1 shirt fits in envelope and 2 -10 fit in a box

We don't have a way to accommodate your special rate for 1 T-shirt in an envelope; however, if you could also ship 1 pair of sunglasses alone for that same rate (regardless of package type), then we can support a special rate for any order with just 1 item. Reply to let us know whether or not that could work for you, then we'll explain how to set everything up.
