Hi!



I've set up a custom Thank-You page at my own URL. At that page I've set up an iFrame as described at http://www.e-junkie.com/ej/tips.redirection.download-link.htm, and it's passing the variables as it should when I check.



However, E-Junkie doesn't redirect to that page. I've set the URL in my general preferences as the Common Thank-You Page URL (as described at http://www.e-junkie.com/ej/help.redirection.htm), but when someone opens his download-link it's still loading fatfreecartpro.com/.... instead of my URL.



Any thoughts?

That indicates you're still sending product-specific thank-you emails which by default would normally include a link to a thank-you/download page we generate for just that item; that link would not engage your Common Thank-you Page URL redirection. To bypass that, please see the subsection on "Disabling product-specific emails/links" here:
