Hi,

Is there a way the common thank you email will be send delayed in x-mins/hours

Unfortunately that's not one of our features, short of delaying the entire order from being processed by holding up the payment for review in your payment processor account (which we don't recommend) there's no way to delay an order from being processed.

It's not the order I wish it will be delayed but just the Thank you email send by the system.



When customer place an order they receive minimum x2 emails



1- PayPal receipt

2 - Email with generated code.



If with common thank you page x3 emails.



We noticed customers when receiving x3 emails seems they get confused and had been receiving many questions what was actually written in the email no 2



In fact we removed the common thank you page email and customers concentrate on email no 2



Now it would be nice if the common thank you page will be delayed so customers have time read email no 2 then after x hours will receive the thank you email.

I'm sorry, but there is no feature in our system to delay when the buyer will gain access to the Thank You/Download page. As soon as the buyer is done checking out, PayPal will provide them a link to that page. If you could change settings in PayPal so they did not provide that link, then buyers would only be able to gain access to the Thank You/Download page via a link in the Thank You E-mail we send.



So you know, this could cause unforeseen problems, if for example a buyers Spam/Junk filter does not allow the e-mail from our system through.
