Hi, quick question.

I'm trying to use Ejunkie to deliver a product I'm selling on Clickbank.

The issue is this, on the integration instructions page, you have the following:

Go to Seller Admin > Add product and enter the price you noted down from ClickBank admin. Select USD as currency.

It just so happens that the product Main currency on Clickbank is not USD, or even any other supported by Ejunkie at the moment.

will it work anyway, or if not, is there a way around this?

thanks

Hm, I think when we added support for ClickBank, they could only handle pricing in USD at the time, so now that they support other currencies I'm not sure if those could work with our service's CB integration. What currency supported by CB did you want to use? I can ask Development if we might be able to support that for your CB product. Bear in mind that regardless of your pricing currency, buyers worldwide would typically be able to pay you in that currency, and CB or their card issuer would automatically convert that to the buyer's native currency.

The product is priced in Brazilian Reais (BRL).

and it's not really an option to change this, because exchange rates float and I need the price to be set.

It appears the trouble here is that regardless of pricing currency, CB always reports payment amounts back to us converted into USD, so if that amount would fluctuate due to changing exchange rates against a fixed price in BRL, our fraud-checking routine would often fail on a price match to confirm that the buyer hadn't underpaid you. That fraud check is a universal aspect of our system shared in common among all our clientele, so we have no practical way to make an exception in that for any one seller.
