Little question: Someone told me about clickaudit. I'd like to use it to refer members to e-junkie (NOT to sell my products). Would that be alright ?

If you want to use some other click-tracker system to redirect to your Reseller link URL, that ought to work fine. Note that the unique <img> tag we issue with your standard Reseller link code is used to track how many times your link has been viewed, so we can't track link views if you substitute a different image or a text link, but your 3rd party solution may provide other means for that anyway.
