Lately we've been having a few shipping problems. Basically, a customer can select UPS, Priority Mail, or First Class Mail for any product.

What's happening is that a customer will select priority mail in the shopping cart, but gets charged for First Class.

My shipping settings are USPS Priority, UPS, and then USPS Cheapest. Could the 'cheapest' be causing this problem?

Thanks!

The USPS Cheapest option lookup also includes USPS Priority, so when the USPS servers send the shipping data back to us, it will only include the cheapest option, even if you have two separate options for buyers. I'm sorry to say, that since this is due to a setting on the USPS servers there is nothing we can do on our end to make sure that both shipping prices get sent through.
