Hi, may be someone know what to do.

Last week all my PIN codes for Phone Cards was emptied from 1 robber who was using a stolen credit card and the original owner dispute the charges, and Paypal isn't helping because there is no sellers protection on digital delivery.

As I filled the racks last night, today someone sends me an E-check again for the whole inventory, but this time the PIN codes wasn't released until Apr 16.

Please advice what to do.

Thanks

post his ID and email address here so people can help you and stop him.

what site was the purchase from?

Dear Freindly Competition,

Here are the E-mails.

twosix@peoplepc.com

jltdkhw@hotmail.com

I blocked the 2 buyers from coming again on board. When you contacting them they will say that their credit card was stolen.

The 2nd buyer with the E-checks, I was directed by Paypal to refund the E-check funds so they can't get the PIN's when the E-check clears.

I have another option not to activate the PIN's until after receing the fund but then I am not serving the purpose of digital delivery.

My website address: http://bestwayphonecards.com/9810frame.htm

What was their ebay ID?

emails are too easy to get new ones.

if you are using paypla then set the accounts to confirmed adderss and the other options there as well for security.

if you are using ebay then set it for 1 per person only.

we are all still waiting for e-junkie to figure out what we have all been telling them and that ais that we need more security precautions such as:

1 - IP tracking obviously - its online sales

2 - setting where if paypal shows it as a non-verified person then the transaction is on an ejunkie hold.

3 - global deadbeat list we can click on as an option to stop sales to those people.

4 - if the transaction isnt ebay then allow us to set options of how many we sell, pass on, put on hold, etc.

can you imaging what bragging rights e-junkie would have if the would implement only 25% of what i keep telling them.

if they want to make it into ebays top list they are going to need to listen to their customers more imo.

Also, post the names of these people here to we can add them to the do not sell list.

They came from my website via Paypal & E-junkie not from e-bay

Ok hope you have been provided with some good information.

So much for asking over and over for information.

You keep the names private since they burned you. Good choice.
