We have no method to support that, and most buyers would find it very confusing, which could negatively impact your sales conversion rate.
After clicking Add to Cart for an item, the cart displays in front of your page, showing that item in the buyer's cart. From there, the buyer can click the Continue Shopping button or the Close link (or really just click anywhere in the dimmed area outside the cart) to continue viewing your page where they just added that item. From there, the buyer can remember where they were, click Back to their previous page, etc. to find their way around your site. Taking the buyer to a different page unexpectedly would only cause them to feel lost and confused.
