Hi there! I recently changed the price of my e-book from $2.99 to $4.99. I changed out the button code on my website and tested it out -- it came up with the correct price -- and on the E-Junkie system the product shows as costing $4.99. However, when I get purchase notices, I see that people are still being charged just $2.99. Can you help me figure out how to get this fixed? Thanks!

OK, I just noticed that SOME people are being charged the right price, and some are paying the old price. Strange.

Could you please give us a link to the pages where you are using our buttons? And are you using them across more than one page?

How can I make sure my affiliates have the right buttons...where can they go to get new ones?

Thanks,

Linda

Hi Linda,

Thanks for your patience, I've checked all the code on your page and it is correct there, there aren't any strange customizations that might mess with the price. You don't need to worry about your affiliate links either, those don't change your price settings at all.

Your last sale at $2.99 came in on March 3rd and your last update on the product in question was on March 4th, all of the sales which have come in since are at the correct price. You shouldn't see anything strange from here on out.
