As far as we are aware, PayPal still does not support pricing in INR, as these PayPal help pages confirm:

Moreover, PayPal is still refusing to process payments between Indian buyers and sellers, apparently due to tax-related technicalities, and since E-junkie's parent company is based in New Delhi, we are unable to accept E-junkie subscribers who are located in India until this tax matter gets sorted out.
If you are based outside of India, you would be able to set prices in any currency PayPal supports, and Indian buyers should be able to pay you in that currency, while PayPal or the buyer's card issuer would automatically convert that amount to INR on their account statement.
Likewise, if you are based in India, you would be able to set prices in any currency PayPal supports, and non-Indian buyers should be able to pay you in that currency, while PayPal or the buyer's card issuer would automatically convert that amount to the buyer's native currency on their account statement.
