Hello!



I am a big newbie, so the answer may be right in front of my nose. But I am trying to set up my Cart Shipping Settings. I am in Canada, but it will not let me add letters to the Zip/Postal Code field and when I click "Next" without filling out the field, it asks me to enter a Zip/Postal Code and will not let me move past this screen.



I suspect the solution is obvious, but any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The Seller Admin > Cart Shipping Settings > ZIP code field is only used for US-based sellers. Unfortunately, we forgot to make that field required only if Unites States is selected and optional otherwise. Until we fix that in our next version of Admin, you can just enter any 5-digit number in the ZIP code field if you're outside the US, and it won't affect anything else.
