this is the second time in the past day I have receive this message from a customer trying to purchase a vendor table for our convention. We have had successful transactions on this button, and I wanted some advice as to where to look for any potential issues, or how to troubleshoot this situation. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have copied the message of one of the two customers so you can see how they describe it.

I tried to pay for a vendor table, but the window to pay with credit card won't let me. I put in my vendor information, submitted it and got the message saying it had been received. I clicked the ship by country as US and entered my zip code, clicked update cart then tried the pay by credit card button, but it keeps telling me to enter my country and ZIP. What am I doing wrong?
