Greetings,



I can't upload first product. I keep getting the below error message. I'm using the newest version of Firefox and I'm trying to upload zip files. I use the regular Windows Firewall on both PCs that I tried to upload with.

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.

Whatever is causing this error would be inherent to your browser. Typically that's some kind of weird add-on that interferes with the data your browser sends out, so disabling any such add ons or switching to a different browser should resolve your problem.

I am trying to upload a mp4 file that is approx 438 mb and the length is over an hour long. I left if to upload (in Safari as Firefox would not even start to upload - just gave me an error message)

Originally it said it would take 2 hours - then it went up to 9 hours - I left it over night and it seemed to have frozen with 2 hours still left to upload!!



What am I doing wrong?? Please help
