Can't see credit Card Button while setting up the cart

I have set up this cart for a client and in his shopping cart, after clicking "add to cart", there is a PayPal button as well as a Credit Card button. Now I am setting up another accout and all I see is the PayPal button. Where is the Credit Card Button?

You need to configure it in Admin > Cart Settings. It only shows up if you are using PayPal Pro or Authorize.Net.
