Hi there,



Two questions- can I go straight to my shop from seller admin?



Secondly, I cannot get my bio info loaded. I press submit and it does not load it. I am currently copy and pasting- do I need to do something else?

Hello Caroline,



There's not a link to your shop page from the Seller Admin screen, as for the bio section we're aware it isn't working quite right. I'd recommend not focusing on that so much, as you can more easily enter all of this kind of information on your own site and under your own branding. Our marketplace is not a major shopping destination, so you won't find a lot of buyers finding your products or learning about them through that section of our site.
