I'm logged in, I can access all parts of my e-junkie account, except that the View/Download Transactions Log loads a blank page, and the browser status bar says "Waiting for www.e-junkie.com...". This link worked fine last night. I'm using the latest version of Chrome.



Any idea what's wrong?

I'm having the same problem. I called eJunkie's emergency help desk and left a message. I've been noticing that for the last few weeks my logs have been loading slowly but this morning they won't load at all. I hope this gets fixed asap.

Now the page comes up, and the zip file is downloaded, albeit slowly. But it works.

I just posted a System Status report (sorry I didn't get to this sooner) about some issues at Amazon's end overnight/this morning that were causing sporadic problems with our downloads, PDF Stamping and Transaction Log viewing functions:
