I'm trying to log in to my account, there is a "lock" icon on that field and I cannot type anything into the text boxes...what's up?

Lock icon is not related to that.



If you are on IE and don't have JS enabled, you will have to click on the screen once to enable our Admin.



If you are on any other browser and can't type anything, that means you need to upgrade your Flash plug-in.
