I currently have 3 accounts with you. I want to cancel on of them because it is not really being used but cannot seem to accomplish this apparently because there is no PayPal account associated with that account.



Can you please remove the XXX@e-mail.com account for me so I can then re-add it as an affiliate?

If you have not subscribed, then there is nothing to cancel. We can't remove the account, it will stop working as a "seller account" automatically after the trial and grace period is over.



If you are our reseller or have joined other merchant's affiliate programs with that account, that functionality will still stay associated with the account.
