I am using Internet Explorer 9 on Windows 7. When I view my transactions log it appears to work fine until I try to click on the next page or page 2 of the log. It will not load the next page. Instead I get a Windows 7 window that pops up asking me if I want to open or save my transaction log. I've disabled pop-up blocker and that doesn't help. I just started using Windows 7 and IE 9 so I have no idea if this has been an ongoing problem with the eJunkie transactions logs.

We have been unable to reproduce the issue you described in IE9 on Win7, nor on IE8 on WinXP for that matter, nor have we received any reports of any similar problem from others. You might try disabling any "link scanner" or "browsing protection" feature of your antivirus software to see if that could be causing your problem. This may also be an opportune time to try a faster and more secure browser program such as Firefox or Google Chrome.

Any major browser should work fine with our service, but since the IE9 on your particular computer seems to be misbehaving for some weird reason, I just thought I'd suggest alternatives as a workaround for you.



Personally speaking, I really like Google Chrome and use that for all my personal browsing; it's fast, responsive, stable, and auto-updates itself, though it can demand a lot of memory if you like to keep many tabs open at once (it treats every tab as technically a separate program, so one misbehaving tab can't crash the whole browser, but this approach uses more memory).



Firefox is a very close second, and I actually use that more for work because I use it with some add-on extensions I like that aren't available or don't work as nicely for Chrome.
