Hi there,

I already e-mailed this message to customer support on here, but it's the weekend --- and I figured maybe someone else could help me in the meantime.

I JUST integrated E-Junkie to our website (http://www.facefrontcosmetics.com) and somehow, we got a complaint saying that the client couldn't add more than one product to her shopping cart. On our computers, it works fine, but we all use PCs on FireFox and Internet Explorer ... so I am not sure if it's just the client, or something we did wrong setting it up.

If you guys can, please view, http://shop.facefrontcosmetics.com --- add more than one product to your cart, and please post and tell me what you see? Also, maybe what kind of computer you are using and method that you are seeing it.

Thanks sooo much!

Hi there,

I just checked for you, and was able to add multiple shades of "Paint Me Perfect" eye shadow to the cart just fine. However, I'm not really an eye-shadow kind of guy...

FWIW, I'm running a PC, and using the latest build of Firefox.

I hope this helps at least a little.

Sincerely,

Andrew

Thank-you so much for your help, Andrew!

Customer support got back to be very quickly (surprised, because it was Saturday) --- and the issue has been resolved. Apparently it was my client's computer.

Thanks again replying!

You're very welcome. I'm not sure how helpful I was, but at least I was able to give you another set of data to support the idea that the problem wasn't on your end.

And, it doesn't surprise me that you received an answer to your question from E-Junkie support so quickly. It's been almost two years that I've been using their service, and I've always found them to be a rare combination of prompt AND helpful.

Take care,

Andrew
