There is no way to view a particular buyer groups. However, you can download a list of all the buyers from Admin > View/Download Transaction Logs.
Buyer group can also contain people who are not actually buyers but have been added to it specifically by you from Admin > Add email to buyer group.
Those emails are listed in Admin > View Free Logs.
