Can eJunkie measure a woocommerce sale from an eJunkie affiliate link?

I have a digital product for sale on my Word Press site using WooCommerce plugin.



When a buyer clicks the hop link fro an affiliate site, will eJunkie be able to measure the sale from a woo Commerce product or does it need to be an eJunkie shopping cart?
