Buyer gets a Corrupt File message

I have a buyer who is trying to download one of my e-books. She has tried 6 times, but continues to get a message saying that it is a corrupt file. Any suggestions as to what could possibly be going wrong?

Hm, for a "corrupt file", we'd recommend reuploading a fresh copy of your file:
