Hello - I have had a few orders on my site from customers using e-junkie's Buy Now button. The only notification I am getting is from Paypal. When I check e-junkie reports there is no record of a sale - yet it is going through the e-junkie code. The customer is not getting the redirect to download the file nor the email. It's almost as if the hand-off from e-junkie to Paypal is so quick it doesn't even register. Am I missing something? Here is one page where it happened: https://scripts.play-dead.com/murdaarpiratesofthesaltydog.html - I am having to follow up and manually email the customer the file - instead of e-junkie sending the link. Not sure if I have something wrong in the setup.
The troubleshooting steps on this help page will guide you through sorting out the reason for that problem -- sounds like Part C, Step 2 here will probably be most relevant to your situation:
Thank you. Paypal shows it was sent. I copied the message information on the IPN and sent it over. Hopefully, something can be determined.
While I await the "dev team" to determine why some orders are by-passing the e-junkie system (I have sent the paypal IPN information to them) - I did notice that the orders that show up in the e-junkie logs - on Paypal's IPN information show: "Notification URL: https://www.e-junkie.com/ecom/194360/ipn_res_cart.php" and the ones where no record in the logs on e-junkie show this Notification URL = https://www.e-junkie.com/ecom/ipn_res_cart.php the 194360 is missing. Not sure if that is significant.
Hm, thanks for noticing that, not sure if it's relevant either, but I've relayed that to Dev along with the latest IPN Message you emailed us and asked them for a status report on your case.
