Hello, I want my Facebook pixel to track all the people who clicked on the buy now button on my landing page so that I can retarget all my cart abandonments, is it possible?

You can have us insert your FB tracking pixel code in thank-you/download pages we generate for your buyers. To have us insert the same code for all orders regardless of the item(s) ordered, paste that into Seller Admin > Edit Preferences > Common Thank-you Page HTML. To have us only insert the code for sales of a specific product, or insert different code for different products, paste that into the Product Thank-you Page HTML field of that product's settings.

Yes I am aware of that, I do have a buyers Facebook audience, but what I want to do is track all the people who clicked on my "buy now" button and exclude the ones who bought it- tracking my cart abandonments so that I could re-target them with a discount. Is such a thing possible?

We can only advise you how to place tracking code in your E-junkie generated thank-you pages, so you can track the conversion when a buyer arrives there after payment. Any visitors you track who don't arrive there to trigger that code may be abandons, or they may just have browser settings/extensions that block the cookies or javascript used for tracking. Analyzing and using your tracking data is beyond the scope of support we can provide.

But people often visit the download page multiple times. I had one sale today and the pixel counted it as five sales. Any idea how to fix this?

If you are using our built-in GA/FB tracking support, that should minimize tracking duplicate conversions for the same buyer, though that's impossible to prevent entirely due to various browser settings/add-ons that affect tracking-related scripts and cookies. In your GA/FB tracking settings, you may need to specify the conversion/goal page URL starts with: https://www.fatfreecartpro.com/ecom/rp.php
