Can I use the button codes to sell my downloads in an e-mail to my subscriber list? If so, should I use the paypal buttons or the e-junkie buttons?

You can use any button you want. The only thing you need to to paste in the email is the "purchase url".
Purchase URL is the part in E-junkie button which starts with https://www.e-junkie.com/ecom/gb.php?... and you need to copy it till just before the quote (").
