Blocked List

I just tried to add new people to my block list and it deleted everyone else that was there...

I need those people blocked.

Nothing in our system should have automatically removed those e-mail address. When you clicked on the box to start adding in new e-mail addresses did your computer highlight all the e-mail address already in the box?

Nope. I went to the bottom of the list, hit enter and Ctrl+V.

The new ones showed up under the old and I hit submit. When I went back to check most names were gone.

There is a limit of 250 address that can be placed in the blocked list. If you reach that limit it will only keep you from adding more, it would not remove them. Nothing in our system should have removed that old list. All I can suggest is to re-enter the addresses.

I would had I been saving them in a word doc or something. But I didnt.

That should not have happened, so we can only imagine that perhaps the whole list was highlighted (though perhaps this was not visibly apparent) when you hit Ctrl-V. It may also be a good idea to make sure your browser's Flash player plugin is fully up-to-date, since our current Seller Admin is built in Flash:

Nope I didnt Ctrl+V over it and my flash is up to date... It has actually happened 3 times now.
