First I'll refer you to the help page for our affiliate system, in case you haven't reviewed that yet:

This help page for affiliates explains the system from their perspective:
http://www.e-junkie.com/ej/help.for-affiliates.htm
Each affiliate will need to have a their own, free E-junkie account (we only require sellers to subscribe). You could register this on their behalf, enter their PayPal Email where indicated in their Affiliate Admin > Edit Profile, and obtain the link code to put on their site. This is necessary so we could generate the unique link code for each affiliate that is used to track their referrals and sales commissions.
If you want the affiliate sites to simply refer buyers via a link to your regular site for actual shopping/purchases, you can use the hop link method. In your Seller Admin > Edit Affiliate Program Settings, you can set up a common hop link, with a common landing page URL and an across-the-board commission percentage for all your products. Each affiliate would get their own, common hop link that you'd put on their site to refer buyers to your site's store page. Buyers would purchase from you directly while we calculate the referring affiliate's commission in the background.
After the end of each month, you would obtain a monthly commission-totals report which you could simply upload directly to PayPal Mass Payments to pay everyone automatically all at once, or you could use the report as a reference to pay out commissions manually by some other method.
