Is it possible to send an e-mail automatic a specific number of days after the buy? (e.g. hello john how is the product, pleas ewrite us your experience / suggestions etc. ...)

That's not possible with E-junkie. It might be possible to do it if you use another service like Aweber in conjunction with E-junkie.
