The phrasing is somewhat confusing, but we never cancel or suspend any subscriptions from our end; rather, it was actually PayPal who suspended your subscription from their end.
Our subscriptions work as a recurring payment schedule in your own PayPal account, telling them to send us the same amount every month automatically. When PayPal cancels a subscription from their end, they don't tell us why, but this help page explains the most common reasons we're aware of:
