Often when I get an E-Junkie sale through my own website there is a social share (so I assume the person who has purchased has also shared on their social profile).

I read this 1http://www.entrepreneur.com/article/2368911

Quote: "All reviews will eventually be linked to social networks. The era of anonymous reviews is quickly coming to a close."

.....and see it within my grasp to bring this to my website right now.

I'm thinking of emailing customers for their feedback about a month after purchase. If / when they get back to me I ask them if they would be happy for me to include a link to their social profile with the review. I appreciate that might not be granted in all cases but if only a few that would be enough.

The publication on my website would have to be manual (as there seems to be no such review service at present, what with it being only a prediction about the future of reviews at this point, according to the article I linked).

However is there a way to automate the feedback request? be that with E-Junkie or integration? (If it's easy / obvious, well this is the first time for me!).

The following recent research is interesting also, it shows that social shares are more powerful than customer reviews. http://sharethismoment.com/ (so I assume customer reviews with social proof has as much clout too).

While we don't have a built-in way of doing what you describe, you could use our custom/third-party Integration feature to have us send the order data to an external script, which would then handle the followup for feedback independently of us:

If you'd like some help setting that up, we can recommend the independent developers for hire listed at the Developer Directory link at the top of our site.
