I have used it and with some good results.
A quick rundown; if you're an eBay seller its a good add-on to your existing business because they let you carry over your rep. Also there's no posting or selling fees.
The downside is that its pretty much brand new and obviously doesn't get the traffic that eBay gets, but you're right about the press and I'm sure that will be changing pretty soon.
