The will be selling a PDF ebook your site using your digital delivery services. A customer interested in buying my book want to know can it be accessed from an Android or other smartphone? I so, can you walk me through the process of how to get the access correctly so I can pass it on to her and others that are interested. Thanks.

A number Android and Smartphones can download file directly from the download link we provide, the same as the buyer would on their computers.
Others, and specifically buyers with iPhones and other Apple iOS devices, will have to download the file to their computer first and then transfer the file to their phone using whatever method is provided by their phone.
