Is there any way that once a transaction is completed, that as an affiliate, I can have the customer re-directed back to my webpage? Is there any way though iframes, scraping, or tracking codes that this can be done? It seems like a daunting task, but in order to be able to track actual conversions I need some way to track the sale. Tracking clickthroughs are fine and all, but they obviously don't always translate into sales.

There is not system in e-junkie to redirect buyers to an affiliate's thank you page. You can contact the merchant and see if they are willing to setup custom scripting on a redirected thank you page on their end that would send buyers to your thank you page. The final decision is in their hand.
