Hello,
We just got a report from a customer who cannot download our products. Investigating we have noticed that all our products in our account disappeared! All the tabs with our products are empty.
This never happened before.
Someone from eJunkie can assist with solving this problem?

I just saw this now. Is not enough that our lives are screwed up now E-junkie screws us too?

I got a report from a customer who cannot download my products either. every product I have for download is gone. Where did my products go? noticed that all our products in our account disappeared! All the tabs with our products are empty.

I've never seen this issue before. If I have to reload EVERYTHING, it will be a nightmare :frowning:

eJunkie emailed me saying they had an outage. everything is back to normal on my end.

Yes, got the email from eJunkie too and all is well now.
