I have just set up a new affiliate program and have several people who have signed up over the last 24-48 hours. Only a handful of them have shown up on my affiliate list. The others were able to sign up and even have their affiliate code, but they are not showing up on my list at all. Any ideas why this might be happening? Thanks in advance for you help!

I'm not sure where you're looking, but your Seller Admin > View/Edit Affiliates screen currently shows 39 affiliates have joined your program. Of these, only one has successfully referred a sale and earned commission so far, which you can see in your Transaction Log:

This help page explains our affiliate system and related settings in detail:

We also have a help page for affiliates, explaining the system from their perspective:

Yes, thank you, I knew that! Of those 39 more than 30 are affiliates of a previous affiliate program. I just set up a new program for a new product and have discovered why I did not see the new affiliates that I was looking for. For some reason they were way down the list, as if they had joined up on a date several months ago. I'm not sure why the time stamp is incorrect. They just joined over the last 36 hours but it shows them signing up in 2011.

Thank you for your prompt reply! I really appreciate it.

The Date of Registration timestamp in View/Edit Affiliates indicates when the affiliate first registered for an E-junkie account, not when they joined your particular program.

Also, bear in mind you don't really have separate affiliate programs for each product that affiliates could join individually; you actually just have a global affiliate program for your entire account, so once an affiliate joins your program, they can choose which hop links or direct links they wish to promote among all the types of affiliate link you offer.
