I just signed up for the affiliate program. First I signed myself up as an affiliate, and everything works fine. I can get the affiliate code and everything just fine for myself.

Then I signed up "CJ" and "Jon", and things are not fine for either one of them. For both of them, the sign up seemed to go fine until I tried to GET AFFILIATE CODE. I can't do it for either person. The problem seems to be that my company is not showing in the SELECT MERCHANT drop down menu. In fact, nothing is showing there. It is blank. I tried to re-register them, but can't do that since they are already registered. I tried re-loading my company affiliate settings, but that did no good. I don't know what to try next.

Hey, Crew, it is working great this morning! Whatever you did, it worked. Thanks!

We did nothing :(

Anyway, if for any reason your affiliate signs up and does not see you in the affiliate list (maybe cookies were not enabled in their browser? maybe they had a cookie blocker?). they can always click on the sign-up link again and just login in their newly created account.

I'm having the same problem. Trying to sign a client up for my affiliate account, but my name isn't showing up as a merchant. I tried signing myself up, but having the same problem.

I tried clicking the link again... logging in and logging out...

Is there a time delay between creating the affiliate program and being able to join it, perhaps?

Here's my link:

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!

There's no time delay, and I was able to join your program via that link without any problems. Bear in mind that removing an affiliate from your program effectively bans their account from rejoining, so that may be what's happening here if you used to have an affiliate program which that client had previously joined and been removed from.

We can un-ban affiliates if you wish, but to confirm your identity and attend to that request, we would need your E-junkie account password, or your original activation code would suffice if you still have your original "Account information" email from us. Please email that information along with your request to our Support team here:
