Is there anywhere that I could find a tutorial video showing affiliates how to sign up at e-junkie? This would be a useful resource to include on seller's affiliate pages. I can make one myself and make it available for others if nothing currently exists and e-junkie are agreed.

We do have a help page specifically for affiliates here:

http://www.e-junkie.com/ej/help.for-affiliates.htm



The "help" link under the Affiliates tab on our site links to that page, and our Affiliate Admin homepage also features a link to that. You could just link to that page, or adapt our help content to re-present on your own affiliate recruitment/info page.



We don't have any video tutorials, but I recently read that usability tests have shown that screenshots with step-by-step text instructions work better than videos for most people, and I'll be adding screenshots to our help pages as soon as our new HTML-based Admin interface goes live.



You might contact Andrew at EasyE-junkie.com, as he already has some video tutorials for E-junkie, so he might have one for affiliates already or would at least have a method for making tutorial videos sorted out already.

That's interesting to know about the screenshots being more effective than video. At present I just have some written instructions with a link to the e-junkie help page. A recent newsletter I received from another e-junkie user suggested the video option and that is why I asked. From what you are saying though perhaps I should just add some screenshots to the current text.
