Can I just get confirmation.



I have two different websites that sell product.



Can I have my Common Link directed to a specific page on one site, where they can find multiple products



AND



A Product Specific Link that points to a specific page with just One product on the other site?





I have two distinct audiences , hence the two sites, which rules out having one Common Link

You can definitely do this, having your common link point to one site does not prevent you from setting up a product specific link that leads to your other site where the other product is sold. Your affiliates will be able to use either one or both.
