Hi there,



I've just set up an affiliate program and was told it's ok that my affiliate URLs link to my own website and shop, and that this will still be tracked. I have my own online store and I'm not using e-junkie's store or buttons. I've got 4 or 5 affiliates and I know one has definitely made some sales, but these haven't shown up in my log yet and this is really stressful! I'm worried her links aren't being tracked, and are only re-directing people to my website. I don't know what to do! I was told I could use my own online shop but it's obvious I can't and I don't know what to do. Please can someone help?

Our affiliate system only works as a built-in feature of our online ordering system; it will not work as a freestanding add-on with any other purchase system. You can have your affiliate links redirecting buyers to your own Web site, but you must be using E-junkie purchase buttons to sell your product from that site (non-E-junkie buttons will not work), and your affiliates must be using the link codes we provide for your program in their E-junkie Affiliate Admin (linking directly to your site will not work).
