Affiliate Question

Im setting up my first affiliate program and maybe Im just dumb, but Im confused.

There is a box at the bottom that says the affiliate program is free to use. Does that mean that it is free as long as you already have an e-junkie account, or free for someone who does not have an account?

We do not require a subscription plan for affiliate only E-junkie accounts. It is also a violation of our Terms of Service for a merchant to charge people to be affiliates.
