I rolled out a test with Google Website Optimizer last week and after I did so sales dried up since which is unusual. I cancelled the test and just stuck with one landing page to get everything straight. In looking closer at my affiliate cookie I don't see any reference to my affiliate id. Is this normal? Shouldn't there be some reference to my affiliate id in there so that I received credit for revisit sales? Also, is there a way I can verify that my cookie is indeed working without having to complete an actual sale?

Thanks,

Andy

The cookie our system creates is setup so our system knows which affiliate is connected to the order, it will not necessarily look the way you are expecting. I would suggest that you recopy and paste your affiliate code from E-junkie.

If you would like to run a test to verify that the cookie works, you will need to contact the merchant directly. E-junkie is just an automated software service that thousands of merchants (sellers) use to manage their own Affiliate program independently, so we have no way of knowing what instructions they may want you to follow or how they choose to administer their program using our software.
